1. Payment can be made once you arrived to Sri Lanka if the tour contains only Transportation -no hotel booking (only in $ )
2. If a Tour package is booked payment should be made prior to arrival (21 days prior to trip start date)

PAYMENT FROM ABROAD VIA BANK TRANSFER

Once you receive finalized tour package from Sudath Travels along with a proforma invoice, you can pay for your dream trip via any of the supported payment methods

Please transfer the amount by 21days before of the trip start date and email soft copy of the payment proof to Sudath Travels

PAYMENT RECEIPT

After we receive your payment, you will receive the payment confirmation voucher by email.

Cancellation Methods

Cancellation request received in 14 calendar days prior to 1st touring or service date will be refunded 50% of the invoiced amount, Sudath Travels retaining 50% of the invoiced amount.

Cancellation request received 07 calendar days prior to 1st touring or service date will be refunded 25% of the invoiced amount, Sudath Travels retaining 75% of the invoiced amount.
